Sling tv will not open through roku

Just purchased a roku box and clicked on a free seven day trial for slingtv. When I open it i just get an ad for a show on HBO and nothing plays.

You downloaded the channel correct and aren't clicking on an ad right?

Call sling or Roku both have good customer support

This happened when I downloaded Crackle. Just delete the add on and then add it back again. Should work fine after that
