Been looking at these. Are the models with 240 motion rate processors worth the price jump from the 120 MR? Anyone have a curved screen and does it perform as advertised? I've always been a Sony guy with TVs, but always thought Samsung had a better picture in other people's houses...

Personally I think curved TVs are the new 3D TVs. Unless you're getting a 70" and going to sit 5 feet from it to create some poor-man's IMAX experience, it's a gimmick.

I've watched football on one and the curve didn't add anything positive.

Not a fan of curved but 240 motion rate is Samsung for 120 refresh rate. 120=60.

I'm also looking at purchasing this same TV. The best price I've seen is $1.499 on multiple sites. Any better prices out there? Or gift with purchase options?

Just bought the 65" curved and now keep getting the error screen that wants me to hook up components cables off my dtv box.
