Okay, so I finally think this is figured out.
In settings then under "Picture" option I can choose between Vivid, Game and Standard Mode. When choosing Vivid the pictures pops out the screen(figuratively).
This must be 4K mode, correct?
EDT: Also did not purchase the 4K or even 5K pkgs from Netflix yet.

There should be a display button which will show you what output you are getting.

Okay so here is an update.
I spent all day emailing BestBuy and Netflix. Apparently they DO NOT offer any 5K packages and the previous Ks are all included. You get all 2K3K4Ks for $11.99 per month. Not bad at all. Went ahead and upgraded to the 4K package with Netflix.
BestBuy will be sending experts to my home for assistance on my new 4K UHDTV. They will most likely have on TWO smartwatches, one by Apple and another of some Android variation.
