I believe these have been worked out. I love mine, and as mentioned, the camera is stellar.

Well, they were never worked out while I had it. It was the worst phone experience I've had in a while. And I loved my LG g3.

HTC would be my recommendation.
There are very few phones that compare to the one series in quality of build. The M9 would be a good choice IMHO
