Recommend dbrand skin for phone grip?

My phone is a little slippery, so need a akin for some grip. Don't like anything flashy unless it's going to help with grip material. My friend has a black metallic skin I believe but that was not enough grip and was even somewhat slippery also. Would rather go with a grippy skin but will look at cases if I have to

The thinnest Otterbox cases are what I go with. The rubber insert provides grip on the edges.

I always get the Apple leather case. Plenty of grip, low profile, looks good for years. There's a new really thin Pelican that is also very nice. Not sure about any "skins."
