Realistically, how long does one have to preorder the iPhone X before they run out?

<2 minutes? I'm going to be enrolling in the Upgrade Plan, so I may have to do practice runs where I put my stuff in as fast as possible lmao. I'm using a 5s and can't afford to wait if I miss out smh

I'm in a similar boat. My current phone is barely functioning.

Everything that I’ve read states within a couple minutes if you want it in the near future. I’m still deciding what phone I’d like next, but I’m going to preorder it at midnight just to ensure I’ve got one. That way I can sell it and make a quick buck if I decide to go another route.

I know a few people who picked up an 8/8+ and even they are planning on upgrading to the X when it comes out. Demand should be huge, so I’ll either have a nice new phone or some spare cash to play with.

yes, seems like after the first few minutes, the shipping time changes to 10-12 weeks. im going to stay up and mash refresh until the buy screen lets me in.

my phone reboots randomly, even during calls. i cant put up with it much longer. if i cant get an X, i may just get an 8+ or something and wait for the Xs

This is exactly why I bought the 8, my current phone, iphone 6, was unusable. I'll upgrade to the X if i feel the need to in 6 months and sell my 8. I'll lose a couple hundred bucks but whatever.
