Problem with HBO Now on AppleTV

One of my AppleTVs won't play HBO Now. My other two appletvs play HBO Now just fine. I restored it but it didn't help.
I can open HBO Now and select movie or series. But when I choose say Sopranos, the screen just says "accessing HBO" with a spinning circle.

Have you tried restarting the AppleTv?

I had that.
Sign out and select restart from the apple menu.
Then try signing back in and see if it works.

I did a full restore; and had to sign back in and that didn't fix the issue.

I'll try to check my box this afternoon. Maybe it no longer works on the gen 2?
