Privacy Screens Recommendations

I need to get a privacy screen for my 13" MacBook Air.
All the screens I find use double sided tape to make it relatively permanent or tabs on the edge of the screen. I want it to be removed most of the time, so I hate the idea of ugly plastic tabs overlapping my screen 24/7.
I heard someone mention having a static one they would just place of the screen during exams, but they can't find the brand. Would getting a screen made for 14" laptop allow me to at least move the tabs to overlap the bezel instead of the screen?
Any suggestions?

I guess no one ever uses a privacy screen.
