My Pixel seems to force me to unpair and repair to my car Bluetooth Everytime I get back in the car. I've seen that other people have had this issue but I haven't found a solution. Anyone else having this problem or found a solution? TIA

No solution here. Just adding I don't have this issue with my Pixel.

Maybe try a search on r/GooglePixel

Are you the only person synced to your car?

I had this problem with my truck when my wife synced her phone to it while using it one day. When I would get in to go to work in the morning my radio got confused as to which phone to sync with. Once I deleted her profile I haven't had any problems.

No problems here. Do you have multiple phones saved? Is the car connecting to a different phone and you need to switch to your pixel via the car menu?

This is common problem with certain car infotainment systems. What vehicle do you have?

Bluetooth Problem on Pixel Forums

I expect it will be fixed eventually, but it's annoying for now. Someone suggested a fix using the Bluetooth Phonebook app in the play store, but I've not had a chance to try with my wife's Pixel. FYI, she has a 2016 Pilot with a regular Pixel.
