Phone data works fine over cell network. Can't make or receive calls. Solutions?

All cellular settings have been checked and are on.

What's it doing when you attempt a call? Do you have the "do not distrub" turned on by accident?

I get that immediate response with the little jingle and then "your call cannot be completed as dialed please hang up and try again"

Anyone else with ATT having a problem near you? It seems that it may be time for the dreaded customer service call. That is if you have access to another phone.

Can send texts. Everything works but calls.
Calls over wifi are fine as well.
