I am looking for a pdf printer like cutepdf that I can select multiple files to print to a pdf.

It would work something like this.

select word document to print to pdf, then it asks if any additional files need to be included, then you could select an additional excel file.

any ideas?

All I really work with is Adobe Pro (now DC version) and it does everything you've asked about. Is that an option or are you looking for something else?

Before I switched to Pro-which is truly the easiest option to do what you're talking about-I had to deal with Paper Port. It's a much less polished program but it would get the job done.

Is that an option for you?

Fineprint PDF Factory Pro

Doesn't ask, but just print to it, leave it open and print everything you need to print before saving the job.

Check out NitroPDF. It lets you append files when you print.

You can look at PowerPDF but it does cost $99.

I used to use Cute PDF to print the files to pdf then PDF Split and Merge to combine the files.
