Outlook Calendar Questions

I created a calendar in Outlook for the office and shared with everyone there. When we print the calendar, it prints my name at the bottom instead of what I titled the calendar. Is there a way to change that?
Also, can they sync that calendar on their phones even though I was the one created it? It shows up on my phone but it's not showing up on theirs even though they have full rights.

No, you can't sync it on their phones. However, the common thing to do (that will fix both issues) is to create a whole separate mailbox. Call it Master Calendar or whatever you want to call the calendar. Then share the calendar like you normally would. Then give everyone the username/password for that account and they can add it to their phone as a second account. They will then see their own calendar and this new Master Calendar. Also, since the mailbox is called the same thing, the print job will show the mailbox name.

You may want to check the OWA app for iOS and android. I use it to view shared calendars at my office since the native mail app on iOS doesn't allow for this. It lets you view shared calendars in the app just like you view in outlook on your computer. Assuming you're on Exchange and I think there are limitations on how far back it goes for exchange versions.
