New phone advise.

So I've been with Apple for my past few phones.

Finally sick of them crapping out after 1 1/2 years. My current 6+ is starting to have all kinds of issues with it thinking the lock button is being pushed when it actually isn't. And now it thinks I'm pressing on certain parts of the screen when I'm actually not.
(I don't want this to a fanboy war....yeah good luck huh)

But what phone should I look into grabbing next? I want a larger phone like the 6+ size wise. All I really use my phone for is TD surfing, text messages, and casual gaming. But the most important for me is camera/video/storage. I have an 11 month old and use my phone for 90% of photos and videos. My iPhone memory has filled up quickly.

So can anyone point me in what the next hot phone is?
