New Note 5 wireless charging problems

I got the Note 5 Friday on the release day and because I pre-ordered they included the Samsung wireless charging pad. When I try to use it, it will work for a little while, then will say charging paused and the blue light will start flashing on the pad. Anyone else experiencing this? Tried with and without phone case and does the same thing.

I've googled it. Seems several people have had this problem with different phones. No solutions though.

I bought mine today and I'm having the same problem. I'll probably return it.
