re: Outdoor Board Boat Mechanics - rynomott23
Like I said, I've already taken it to a boat mechanic. If I had plenty of time, I would try all of this. But since I need it fixed by Friday, I do not want to continue with trial and error when I really don't know what I'm doing. ...

I bypassed the main fuel tank and ran about 3 gallons of high concentrated gas/ sea foam through it. It started to Rev up better in neutral but still wouldn't idle. ...

re: Outdoor Board Boat Mechanics - rynomott23
I pulled the carbs out and cleaned them. Cleaned all the jets out real good. Put them back on. Still wouldn't crank and had gas leaking out of the front of the carbs. After a Google search determined it may be a problem with the floats. Had a death in the family and had to come to Louisiana for the ...

We tried cranking it again this week. It would crank and rev up for a short while in neutral, but when I pulled th...
Anyway, glad this thread was started. But, I'm a little embarrassed I had to learn from a Louisianan that it's legal to camp in my back yard.
To be fair I've lived in Tuscaloosa since 2002. I grew up around Baton Rouge and never could convert. ...

That's great! Thanks. I'll definitely take any tips I can get since I've never fished the lake before. I just googled and found this. I assume this TVA controlled burn was the fire you saw. http://whnt.com/2017/04/09/seeing-smoke-near-lake-guntersville-it-is-a-controlled-burn/amp/...

re: Camping at Lake Guntersville, Alabama - rynomott23
It is allowed. Everything in purple on this map shows TVA undeveloped public land. Several of the islands on the lake are included. We will probably ride around the lake until we find an area with no other people. http://tva.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Embed/index.html?webmap=b110b866ffec492cb95e5c62...

Me and a couple of buddies are planning a camping/fishing trip to Lake Guntersville in mid May. We are looking at camping on public/TVA land or islands to get a more primitive camping experience. Looking for anyone that has experience with this to offer advice or tips. This will be our first time to...
