Currently have:

Netgear Range Max Duo Wireless N Router WMD R3300

Signal has started dropping. I believe the problem is the number of devices.

Will not be used for gaming. Only streaming and internet.

I'm looking at:

TP-LINK Archer C7 AC1750 Dual Band Wireless AC Gigabit Router, 2.4GHz 450Mbps+5Ghz 1300Mbps, 2 USB Ports, IPv6, Guest Network

Thoughts?

ETA: just thought about trying a wifi signal extender instead?

Look at the TP-Link Archer C8 AC1750.

SNB has it in top 3 in most major categories.

I have the Archer C7 and have issues. Its 5 GHz signal doesnt work most of the time. I read online that others have the same issue.
