Need help with plug connectors

I have a thermostat connected to a gas burner, and it works perfectly. Problem is it's just a mess of wires. I have mounted the thermostat in a plastic housing, but I would prefer to have plugs in the side of the box instead of wires just running through holes.

The power is easy, I could just use one of these:




But it would be nice if there was something with a bit of weather resistance. It won't be exposed to rain, but it is in a "shop" environment.

I also need a few more plugs on this thing. I have a pile of these Weather Pack plugs:



But I can't find anything like that for mounting purposes like that power plug. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or should I just hang pigtails off of the box?

I use these Bulgin connectors at work when I built control panels and such. You might check Allied Electronics too. Tons of this type of connector there.
