Need 40" HD TV with wirless headphones - Advice?

Current 32" Sony Trinitron is getting old.
It has wireless IR headphones which is great as my hearing fades.
Also need audio line out for my stereo system.
Cable box is HD with HMI capability.
Does anyone make such a TV?

I got a 40 inch tv on black friday for $77. The tv is around 300 on amazon now.

You can get a blue tooth style audio transmitter that will plug into any smart tv port. Look on Amazon. Not expensive to add to any tv with hdmi or USB ports. Most tvs also have digital audio out standard so that raves care of your receiver.
