Moving a video from Mac to iPhone?

I am having major issues using this app for my swim team. I have an app that allows me to move videos from my camera roll directly the app. We took dozens of videos today at practice on my GoPro and they are in files on my Mac. However, I can only move them to the app via my iPhone for some reason. How do I move the videos from Mac to iPhone?

I use an app called WifiPhoto to move pics and vids from iPhone to my Laptop so I dont see why it wouldn't work in reverse, They just both need to be on the same wifi channel

Not completely following what you're trying to do, but if you download the VLC app you can transfer video to your phone from your computer via web browser over wifi.

I have videos on a Sim Card from the GoPro...they are now on my desktop on my Mac. However, I still cannot them from Mac to iPhone. The app will only accept them from Camera Roll.

If you transfer to VLC via wifi you can save it to your camera roll from within VLC.

Okay, they are in VLC now. In Playlist. I do not see how to move them to Camera Roll.

I have made it as far as getting it to my iPhone via the TV app and under Library in Home Videos. Still, the SwimTV app where I need it to go will not accept. UGH!

Upload the video into Photos on your Mac. If you have Photos set to auto sync with your camera roll then the vid will show up on your phone.

On the iPad if I hit the edit, the share button comes up on the bottom left and it gives me the option to save video which puts it in the camera roll.
