Malwarebytes is awful. Avast is pretty great, but it's only free for 30 days. Update and run boot scan at night while you sleep and it will get the most of all those listed. Set it to move everything to quarantine before you run it. If you want to be the most thorough, using bleeping computer. They will guide you through, but it's a bit of a hassle and takes a few days.
