Looking for recommendations on a good universal remote

Definitely needs to be one that can control XBox One as well
My current set up is pretty basic
TV, Soundbar
3 inputs are ATT-Uverse Cable, Nexus Player, Xbox One
Was thinking of jumping the cable input to the Xbox One and just using their guide as opposed to the ATT setup.
Is there a remote out there that can control Nexus player as well? I'm looking to hopefully replace all remotes with just one.
TIA

I've always been a fan of Logitech harmony dating back to their first touch screen remote about 10 years ago. I currently use Harmony Smart hub and it does just what I need. The handset communicates with a hub using rf, then the hub sends signals to all devices using ir. Programming is a snap through their app.
My setup is fairly basic. TV, cox cable, soundbar, Apple TV, and native Netflix built into Smart TV

If it isn't made by Harmony (Logitech bought them), you are not doing it correctly.

Well looks like a consensus on this one
But there appears to be multiple logitech harmony remotes
Also, I'm looking at some amazon reviews and one person says that you need kinect to get it to work with XBOX One. Is that right?

I wouldn't worry too much about setting it up for the Xbox. Just switch TV inputs when you wanna play and use your Xbox controller from there.

Harmony or Universal Remote Control (URC). The URC remotes are more powerful and you can create more complex macros with them. That said, if you're just controlling a few devices I'd get a Harmony. Try to find a 680 if you can. Great little remote.

Only reason I wanted it for this purpose is I was going to run my cable through the Xbox to free up another input on the TV for future use
It looks like I'll have to get one of the remotes with the hub to use with the nexus player. A little more than I wanted to spend.

The Harmony is expensive for a remote, but I'll say this: You know that feeling you get a few weeks after buying some cool new gadget? The one where you say to yourself, "yeah, it's got 300 options but I only ever use 2. I should've saved my money." I have never said that about this remote.
I have a media center pc, sound system, bluray and a cable box all connected to the TV in various different configurations. The greatest feature of the remote is that I can program it so that all I have to do is press "watch TV" and it turns on the proper devices, changes everything to the proper inputs and settings, and if something messes up it'll even fix it at the touch of a button.
The computer program could be better, and there might be some problems with the order in which it tries to do things - you'll have to play with it a bit to get it perfect. But oh is it nice to only have one remote and not have to go through a dozen different settings every time I want to change from the TV to the computer, or from the cable to just the radio.

I have the Logitech Harmony Ultimate One remote and Harmony hub. Works great in controlling my tv, blu ray, roku, tivo, and av receiver. I love that the remote talks to the hub via radio freq and don't need line of sight for it to work.
It's so easy to define activities like "Watch tivo" or "Watch roku" to have it turn on devices, switch inputs on the tv, receiver, select the correct audio profile, etc. It even has support for things like Phillips Hue lights and others that can be controlled via your home network.
The only thing better I've seen are those creston systems, but then you're talking thousands of dollars.
