Logitech Circle and Foscam C2B wireless security cameras

I'm in the "market" for preferably wireless security camera(s).
I just received from Amazon (1) Foscam C2B Indoor 1080P FHD Wireless Plug and Play IP Camera, with IR-Cut, Night Vision, 120° Super Wide Viewing Angle, PIR Detection, Rich Media Message Push and immediately returned it as Foscam's customer service is atrocious and their app to use on my smartphone is filled with bugs.
I'm currently using (1) Logitech Circle at the moment. Overall, I like the simplicity of setup and the wide angle view is certainly beneficial for the area(s) that I want to cover. However, the clarity, when zooming in is not where I would like for it to be.
Thoughts on what other models I should look further into with wireless capabilities? Or will my better option be power over ethernet cameras? And if so, what make/model as well?

as someone who works in the CCTV industry I would not buy wireless cameras for security. Checking on the kids, dogs, etc ok but not for protection.

I purchased some Amcrest ProHD wireless outside cameras but they have the indoor version as well that has pan/tilt and two way audio. I didn't want to use their software so I am using Blue Iris which is great. They also have POE capability, so you could use either method. The setup is performing better than expected. I am using the Blue Iris iPhone app as well.

Can you elaborate?

Wired cameras are more secure and reliable.
