Got phone yesterday screen is nice love the size of screen.Phone is not really big like I thought it would be.I have no lag at all.

I'm glad I picked it up..Nova has no lag for me and screen is beautiful.. Battery has been good as well

It's endless customization for the most part.. It's also fast.. Easy to backup and restore my configuration.. Developers are constantly working to make it better..etc etc
I like for my app drawer to scroll vertically also

Had pretty good battery life today. I'm at 20% with 13.5 hours total and 4.5 hours of screen on time including an hour of playing ski safari. I'll get a backup battery because I always do when it's removable but I've been really happy with the battery life on this phone.

Same here..it's been solid...I'm like you though...always like to have a spare in my pocket or my truck..Hopefully some make it to the market soon...I noticed anker wasn't planning to make one (too bad because their stuff is solid and cheap)...Some guys on xda sent them an email pleading with them to make one for the g3. We shall see.

I saw this link posted on xda so I put in an order even though it's not shipping until the end of August. As long as the batteries are decent I don't mind paying $20 for 2 batteries and a charger.

So I was able to get Sprint to let me out of my contract without paying ETF's. The new house I moved to is in what Sprint calls a "Fringe" zone and my voice and data service is HORRIBLE. Our phones can never get a good connection on 3G, much less even find a 4G connection.
However, my Mother gets UNREAL service with Verizon at my house. Ran a speed test on her phone and got anywhere form 35 - 43 MBPS download and 12-15 MBPS upload.
So I'm switching to Verizon and will be going to the store today to pre-order... (Verizon's G3's aren't shipping until the 17th as per their website).
I'm switching from a Note 2 so size is no different. Have a good friend that was a long time Samsung customer like me. He got his G3 on Sprint this past saturday and absolutely loves it and recommends it.

I had the note 2 and this phone beats it by a mile...also, the size is a lot easier to handle than my note 2 was.

I'm switching from a Note 2 also.
Also switching carriers. Ordered mine on Verizon on Monday. Their website showed it wouldn't ship until Thursday the 17th however, I got an email late this afternoon with the shipment confirmation. I should have it tomorrow. I'm stoked!

So it's the same size as the Note 2? Also, what sets this guy apart from the Note? I was waiting on the Note 4, but I have an upgrade right now that I can use.

Same size screen.
Has 3gb of ram vs 2gb in the Note.
A QHD LCD with more pixels than any phone on the market now.
32gb built in memory and expandable up to 128gb vs Note's 16 internal/64 expandable.
Much more intuitive and customizable launcher/overlay than the memory hog that is Samsung's TouchWiz.
It's only $100 at Verizon or Best Buy right now. The Note 3 is currently $250-$300 depending on carrier and you better believe the 4 is going to be that price or more.

This phone fits my hand so much better than my Note 2.. I can legit operate it with one hand yet the screen size is still big..Guess that is attributed to the small bezels
