Hey moron, are you currently testing the build? Have you looked at the forum posts for people testing the current build?
How about doing that before laughing like a clown at the actual facts.
It is a fact that the new phone is shipping with a beta build.
The phone is coming with WINDOWS INSIDER PREVIEW app installed so they can update the software when it is actually finished.
This is dumb. They have 1.8% market share and they risk destroying the limited appeal the phone has by forcing it out to meet the black friday deadline instead of waiting for the phone to be done.

I've got a Lumia 820 with Windows 8.1 and really love it, even though the camera leaves a lot to be desired. Works so well with my Windows laptop. I have rendered so much of myself to Microsoft, though.
Will seriously consider an upgrade. Yay!

Got it. Don't have time to fool with it much right now. ATT contact transfer included every single person I ever contacted in anyway. Not sure how to get just phone contacts yet.

Holy crap this phone is awesome. Only thing I can't figure out so far is custom sounds. Oh, and seems as if all email accounts are under 1 tile. I would rather one for work and another for secondary like I had before. May just be user error. 10 made everything closer to my tablet than 8.1 was. *****
