Tech Board,

Bought my parents a laptop 2 years ago (Windows 7, 8GB, 500GB HD), nothing special. But all they use it for is email and surfing the web. Under my advice they upgraded it from Windows 7 to Windows 10 about a week ago. They said it worked fine, they like the new OS, and then all of the sudden it kept going into a reboot cycle. Now when they power it on, it starts opening up Windows, then shuts off.

I'm permanently located in Houston. I've always been their IT guy, but obviously I can't help them in this situation or walk them thru this issue.

If you had to take your laptop or PC to somewhere in Baton Rouge to have it repaired, where would you go?

TIA.

Gonzales has a place next to Wal-Mart that I've brought a couple of laptops to. Decent price and he gives it to you straight about if it can be fixed or not.
