iPhone storage question

I am running out of space on my iPhone and most of it's because of photos. I have a 6mo old and there's a lot of pictures of her. I also pay for google drive. Is there a way that whenever I take a picture, it's saved on the drive instead of my phone? I understand this will prevent me from viewing my pictures if I'm without cell coverage but that's a risk I'm willing to take.
Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

I am curious as well although I just have cloud storage. 20gb storage with my plan and phone has 64gb storage.

I don't think you can automatically save these. Google is an Android based platform. Most likely have to open an iphone/iTunes account.

Do you have the Google Drive app?
I get a prompt when I open the app to "Backup all Photos and Videos on this Device".
I don't do this, but seems like this is what you want.

Install Google photos, set it to upload everything. Delete older pictures periodically.
