How much data would i need to run an Internet card to stream video on game days for about 8 hours?

Well an HD movie uses a good 7-9 GB of data

You talking for tailgating? Your biggest problem is going to be cell congestion. All the providers struggle for the big games.
But you could probably burn through 10GB in one day easy.
