Help me enhance my uncle's Internet connection in BFE

So he lives in the woods in Shelby, Mississippi. He has Wild Blue but good lord it takes 3 minutes for a page to load on his computer. Is there anything I can buy him to speed this crap up?

About 100 miles of fiber optic cable should do the trick.

He's upgraded his plan and it wasn't enough to please him. So basically he upgraded and his magical interwebs isn't lightning fast so he thinks he's being screwed over by aliens.

Cellular coverage in the Delta is pretty good due to the flat terrain. Look at CSpire's web set and see what they have to offer.
