Group texts on iPhones ?

Any way to block these? I hate them. I don't want to get every response their friends send back to them too!

Go to messaging and turn group texts off

Turning off group messages won't stop the messages from coming in. The best you can hope for is that everyone in the group text has an iPhone on iOS 8 then you can remove yourself from the group. Other than that all you can do is turn on do not disturb in each group message or ask whoever started it to start a new one without you.

You can send a group of people a message at once, but each person will get the message individually

Open the group message. Then on top right hit details. Then toggle do not disturb.
