Good universal remote to control newest Apple TV and TV?

Not looking for the most elaborate thing, but something that will get the job done. I don't like the touch pad on the apple tv remote.

Does you tv remote have an unused av device selection to then have the Apple TV learn the remote?
The Apple TV settings just did not have option to use a button on remote for the TV/Home button (or numbers for using passcode but neither does Siri remote) but had the rest.

Any Harmony Remote will work with the new Apple TV.
