Getting my 2nd replacement S5 being sent to me(3rd phone total)

1st phone: camera had issue with focusing,wifi call dropping, and wouldn't receive text messages while wifi calling enable
they sent me a replacement
2nd phone: audio socket(plug-in earphones) does not work, they told me to go to the store to do a diagnostic, "defective socket"
so I have a third coming to me. I stated that I want a refund to go to an S4 because I am concerned about the first gen S5.....they said no

I've had the S5 since day 1 and have had 0 issues. Guess i'm fortunate.

Samsung's are pieces of shite. I finally got rid of my S4 and got an LG G2 and am loving it so far

The only problem I'm having with my S5 is the phone will freeze on me. Screen will go black and not come back on but it's still running. Have to take the battery out and restart.

It's a plastic phone intended to be bedazzled by a 6 dollar rhinestone case bought at a mall kiosk, so not sure what you expected.

Samsung has always many problems. Many friends recommend LG, LG is cheaper and more practiacl.

Honest question from an iPhone user:
This board has been stacked with "S5 problem" threads lately and it seems like LG is getting most of the good press here. Is Samsung starting to shite the bed?
I don't keep up with Android stuff so I'm curious if what I've been seeing on this board is anecdotal or is this becoming a thing over all?

I have never had a problem with my galaxy phones. I switched to HTC One because my S4 got stolen and I wanted to try out the One. I like it better than the S4 but the S4 was a good phone.(just had to turn off some features)
