The little(big) guy is about 11 weeks and 30-35 LBS. He got ahold of a little bow tie my wife puts on our other dog.He gulped it down when I went to take it from him .I'd say the tie was 3 or 4 inches long 1-2 inches wide. Mostly made of cotton I'm assuming.

Can he pass this? The emergency vet in my town is a shady piece of shite and my vet is closed already.

You'll probably get more responses on the OT. Not helpful, but more.

Chances are he will be fine. I'd keep an extra eye on him tho next couple days. Watch his deposits to see if he's passing it or not. Stomach might break part of it down also. If he becomes lethargic, drinks more water than normal, throws up and or becomes restless like he's having cramps get him to the vet ASAP.

He’ll likely be fine. My dog at that age/weight would eat socks and panties and shite them right out.

Just keep and eye on him.

If it didn't have any metal or plastic clips or other pieces in it, I would not worry much. You'll probably find an interestingly decorated pile of crap in your yard in the next day or so.
