Garmin Nuvi 65LM problem

Guys, I have never posted here before as I am too old to know crap about technology and too old to learn about it. But I need some help if any of you can.
I use a Garmin Nuvi 65LM as I travel for work, a lot. Today, it stopped giving voice commands. The blink-blink sound still works in school zones though.
Volume is set to high.
Can anyone tell me what's up? Thanks.

yes, throw that POS in the garbage and install waze on your smartphone.

I love Waze and use it all the time but it is useless in Louisiana because no one uses it

Plug in into your computer and update it.

Driving around BR, it's pretty rare that something isn't already tagged, unless it just happens in front of me.
