You're going to have to call the airline, but my guess is no. I doubt they are specifically banning Netflix and Hulu, more likely all streaming video is off-limits. Or, if not specifically banned, odds are they don't have the bandwidth to support streaming video to individual users. You will probably have to settle for a radio stream, and I wouldn't even count on that to be reliable.
