I love the phone but was very disappointed with my battery life. I booted into recovery mode, wiped the cache, and my battery life has improved dramatically.

Here are instructions for wiping the cache:

Hope this helps the other 6P users on here.

You like the phone? I'm thinking of switching back to android from an iPhone 6.
Have a Google fi invite ready to go, which would also be a switch from AT&T.

Where I work is a Google shop and it would integrate real well with all the Google apps.

I love the phone, I would definitely recommend it if you are using a lot of google apps. My only gripe was with the battery life which has been completely fixed after wiping the cache.

Project Fi has been great for me, although I came from Sprint. Wifi calling works flawlessly, I'm in NOLA and I always have a great data connection. Project Fi will automatically connect you to any open wifi networks, so my total bill hovers around $25-$35.

Good to hear. I live on the northshore and commute to the CBD for work. 98% of my time will be in those two places.

AT&T currently has a dead spot on the bridge anyway.

Here is the Project Fi coverage map:

I'm usually between Metairie and the CBD and I never have any trouble getting a good LTE signal.

I have a 6P and Fi. Really like both.

FWIW, wifi calling is not flawless for me. It's not a huge deal, but there are certainly times when my phone seems to be confused regarding how to do the call. It just take longer to start dialing than normal.

Recently went out of the country with Fi. So nice to have my phone boot up and say "welcome to ______, here are the rates (same as home)."

I haven't had any battery issues in my first month. Love the phone. The camera is incredible.

I've also been really impressed with Project Fi. Customer support has been great. They even sent an extra charger as a Christmas present. Just a good touch.

I'm interested to see how the customer service holds as they expand. But overall, so far everything has been perfect. $35 phone bill for month 1 too.
