I've tried several times and every time it tells me that it's not available in my location. Is Vue not nationwide?

It should be, do you happen to be in Lafayette with Cox? I remember seeing people say they were having trouble

A lot of folks in the Lafayette area are blacklisted. I get the same thing and my home location is in Crowley.

It has something to do with the way that your IP address from Cox is geolocated by Sony.....As someone that works in IT (albeit on the development side and definitely not networking) I am flabbergasted as to why this is still a problem or ever even became a problem.

I'm a Network Engineer and don't have a clue what they are doing that's causing this issue. Has anyone seen an actual explanation of what is happening?

I had a problem with brighthouse. During the free trial period I got an error message and could not watch any programs.

I called vue tech support and was asked for the exact wording of the message. After I told him he said they were having calls from brighthouse internet customers about this and would fix it.

The next day it was up and running. I think this is the number:

Phone: 800-345-7669
How to reach a live person:
Just press 0
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Saturday 6am-8pm PT
Sunday 7am-6:30pm PT

Try to use the zipcode: 70592. I was having the same issue, but noticed when I'd initially go through the sign-up process they would pre-fill my zipcode with that. I proceeded with that one and it's been working since.

I live in Lafayette and have Cox, have the same problem. I heard Cox and PSVue hadn't worked out a deal yet.

Getting itchy for it, Sling is great but I'll pay 10 more dollars for better channels. Enough of these Spanish and BS channels.

ETA: Just talked to technical support, didn't have anything new. Mentioned they have been having problems in Lafayette and are trying to resolve them. Look out for updates.

Used a Youngsville address and 70592 zip code and I'm still getting the same error message.

Is the zipcode for the credit card on file the same as the zipcode where you are trying to set up the account?

I signed up for PS Vue south of Lafayette with COX. Don't recall having those issues. Only thing I can suggest is changing your zip code to something out of Acadiana but not too far from Lafayette.

PS Vue is a great product for a great price, but their anti account sharing policy is a little too much. It's screwing people over who want to sign up.

this is also an issue for some. Mine was set up South of lafayette for 3 months or so, then I moved to Kenner. Never changed my credit card billing location and it still works.

Hendo you in broussard? I tried to sign up last weekend. I live in broussard, and got the same message. I talked to sony, and they had no explanation on why it would not work.

Hendo..use 70528..should be the Delcambre zip code. That's what it geolocated me to before I moved out to Kenner. It worked with no issues.

Also, make sure you're signing up on your device..NOT your PC. What device are you using?

With net neutrality there is no reason Sony would have to work out "a deal". If COX is trying that it should be a violation of federal law.

I have a Fire Stick, there's no option to sign up on the app. It just takes me directly to the sign-in screen
