What Software are you guys running. I have been using Mind Body for 9 years and the customer service is so bad I can’t take it any more. Last year I wait at a minimum on hold for 35-45 min at a minimum. I can’t take it any more. What CRM system are you guys using. Some people call it CRM. Some people call it point of sale.

Have you checked out Shopify? It has some nice CRM capabilities in it, but it is an ecommerce platform that can incorporate POS equipment.

Aside from the poor customer service, are you having any issues with MindBody?
