Does Apple have their own email service?

I thought there was an iCloud.com but I can't seem to find where I create it at.

Umm... Go to icloud.com. Click on "Don't have an Apple ID? Create one now."

Yeah, that doesn't work because when I tried to use @icloud.com, it says you can't do use it.

That box is asking for your existing email address in order to create a new Apple ID (which will include an @icloud.com email address). If you don't have an existing email address, I believe you will need to sign up for an Apple ID via an iOS device or a Mac, and then it'll let you sign up without an existing email afaik.

Well I do have a MacBook and iPhone 6. So I should try on the phone perhaps?

When I say try from a Mac or iOS, I mean from the Preferences menu (Mac) or the Settings app (iOS). Doing it on the website won't change anything no matter what system you do it from.
