Do most of those phone repair shops do charging ports?

The charging port on my Spring Motorola Nexus 6 is shot. I was wondering if any of those screen repair shops do charging ports as well?

I've read that it's a non-starter for Sprint and they'll tell me to file a claim on the insurance, but I'd really like to get fixed quicker than dealing with that shite, and I don't want to have to worry about dealing with moving my data.

I also don't really want to get a new phone, as I plan on upgrading when the next iteration of the Nexus comes out, which I assume is to be soon?

Have you tried cleaning it with a slightly wet toothbrush? YouTube cleaning for that specific phone, I know it works wonders for iPhones.

You could always get a couple of cheap wireless chargers to get you by for a couple of months. I have one on my nightstand and another I attached to my car mount with command strips. Mine rarely sees a plug.
