In the last two weeks, my DVR has been acting crazy. First, its not recording programs at the right time. Didn't record Walking Dead Sunday night, I had to set it to do so manually. Then, it keeps cutting stuff off. Watched South Park last night and The League, the duration shows correct but the recording stops like a min too soon. Note, the start of the recording is approx the same as its always been judging by the point the recording starts. Its just cutting everything off.

Anyone had similar issues? Does it have AIDS?

Do you pay for service protection?

If so they'll send a new one for free.

Watch out with that Service Protection plan though -- they'll give you the free replacement, but you'll have your contract renewed for 2 more years.

Try doing two red button resets in a row. Wait for the DVR to reboot after the first reset but don't wait for it to get to the end. This will delete all the guide data and the DVR will download all new guide data. It may take over night to get all the guide two weeks out.
