Diagnose my android phone's wifi problem, por favor

It will long on to wifi, but intermittently hang while trying to load a website. Sometimes it won't load any website, sometimes it won't load a specific website while others will work. When it does this, apps like FB and others continue to work, and everything works on mobile data.
I've tried multiple browsers, all with the same result.

Have you restarted the phone? That normally fixes these weird issues.

Have you been able to use the network with another device? If no other device is available, try to reboot the router.

It's the same on other wifi networks, so it's something about the phone.

I had a similar issue recently. I ended up backing up the phone and doing a factory reset as a last resort. That ended up working for me. Before you resort to that try powering down both your phone and router and let them sit for 30 seconds or so. Then reboot and see if that works.
