I have an old ipad that I want to get rid of. What is the best way to destroy it so it can't be used again? Any way to wipe it clean then go on it?

Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings

No need to destroy it. You can get some money for it.

Also, it's like some of you don't even try to figure things out for yourself. You probably spent as much time googling for the Office Space pic and posting this thread as you would have if you googled "How do I wipe an iPad?"

I recently informed my dad about how easy it is to google. It seems some older folks are under the impression that search engines still require master manipulation to get the desired results, as though you'd need to first search for a published technical manual for the iPad to dig through until you find the right command/function. He was amazed that you can search conversationally.
