The Keyone was supposed to roll out today. It was delayed from several months ago so that TCL could "meet demand". Uh huh. Well, by mid-morning or so, and by that I mean 5 or 6 AM, they were already sold out on Amazon and a little while later Best Buy as well. Meltdown is not the word for it. CEO is catching hell on Twitter when he put out some corporate buzzspeak trying to defuse it all. It seems they only made a few hundred or a few thousand units and that was it. Amazon was still taking order but then posting it was ship in four to six weeks.

I'm melting. Seriously, this is one huge clusterfrick! When you think Blackberry couldn't get any worse, it does.

There is a small segment of the cell phone market that likes having a physical keyboard. This is a physical keyboard device running close to stock Android. It's actually gotten pretty good reviews from tech bloggers.

Amazon is now saying it will ship in 1-2 months. What a horrible release.

They didn't lose because of keyboard. The advent of apps killed them. Their OS was outdated and took too long to develop new, developer friendly one. They got locked out of apps and that killed them.

These now r android phones w BlackBerry software. pretty good actually.

And the fact that companies had to pay for their software to work on Exchange servers, and the iPhone came with it built in

I would want to try it out and like it more than my s7.

Looks sleek and battery life is supposed to be through the roof.

I just went back to my old BlackBerry q10. Being smaller and with a physical keyboard is great.

They've made the android market patch for BB10 software. Most apps run fine.

The layout and navigation of their software I love.

Wish verizon had a smaller form factor with a keyboard. I'd buy one today

Just ordered on Amazon. Delivery date is showing June 22 - July 11. This damn thing better be worth the wait.

I got this unlocked Priv from Best Buy Monday. Now that I've customized it, it's pretty good. Keyboard not as good as Passport but I'm typing on it much better now. The factory unlocked better than AT&T model.

I have zero interest is the Priv at this point. Would really just like to stick with my Passport but that won't be an option for much longer.

Can't load itunes anymore on it. Have to use older ApKs of Instagram and Pandora. Google search taking longer to load. SE is my favorite phone, too. Love it.

Looks like they are having another breakdown over the screen. There is a reason I'm not a member of that site. Posting on my new KEYone. No issues so far.

Its been pretty good? Is the screen really that dim or are they being nitpicky?

Yeah, like they all freaked over the 10.3.3 update. No problems for me on two different passports.

How's the keyone holding up? I've been following it for a while now and it appears they have corrected the screen separation issue. Att announced they will be carrying the space black on Sep 1st and I may finally get one.
