Changing DNS numbers

Back story. Im in Canada, CDN netflix is horrawfull. I used to be able to change them on my PS3. Yes Ive do a google search.PS4 has 2 fire walls I cant get through. So Im here to find out aboot changing DNS numbers on my modem. Any ideas or knowledge

Google the default IP of your router. Log in and change the DNS server address to googles address. 8.8.8.8.and 8.8.4.4 I believe

I actually went that rout before TD . I ended getting my wife to call the cable company cuz my son did something to the modem.

The IP address that Netflix sees and uses to determine your location is the IP address assigned by your internet service provider. You cannot change that.
If you want to spoof your location, you can set up a VPN tunnel to a site in the U.S. and it will then appear to Netflix as a U.S. address. There are sites that will provide this service for a fee.
