Cell phone signal booster for small office building

I have a small office building in an area of weak AT&T cell coverage. I'm looking at all sorts of signal boosters I can get to supposedly correct the problem.
* signal only 1-2 bars
* about 10k sq ft
* maybe 30-40 users max, but usually probably only 10 or so
any help or ideas would be appreciated

not an att solution unfortunately but tmobile gave me a FREE wifi-LTE box that is INSANE.
i had no coverage within about 1/2 mile of my house..now i have 4 bar LTE a good 200 yards in any direction around my house..goes all the way to the neighboring houses.
all you do is plug in an ethernet connector to your router and voila.
this is not the old shitty '2 window box' crap that tries to lock onto a weak signal.
this literally transmogrifies your WIFI into LTE and gives you fantastic coverage where none existed before.
ATT could offer something similar i would think..they use the same network as TMO.

well here you go..looks like ATT has a very similar product.
LINK
The nice thing about the ATT unit is you can control who logs into it..which it sounds like you would need in your office building.
i'm out in the country so not worried much about mine.

Will all cell phones work with my MicroCell?
All 3G, 4G and 4G LTE cell phones that
receive wireless service from AT&T will
work with the MicroCell if they are added
online to the MicroCell’s approved user list

thanks!
'chatting' with AT&T now and once I brought this up, they said, 'oh yeah, we have mircocells'.....
doubt they'll give me one, but at least I'm on track with something
eta: AT&T sells them for 150, got them to give me one free thanks to your info! thanks
I'll still have to get an amp, but this will fix one tenant until I do

The micro cells work well. And pretty sure its a one time purchase that ties into the wifi.

If they are anything like they used to be, make sure to home it near a window... Requires a GPS lock to make sure the device is being used in the US... And it re-verifies every so often automatically.
I had to wind up buying an external GPS antenna and cable to make mine work.
