Can anyone recommend an IT service provider for a medium sized business

Needs to be able to work with 20-25 network based work stations, Microsoft exchange, a virtual servers configuration and network printers. Located in New Orleans.

Geocent should be able to take care of you as well. They are based out of Metairie I think.
