Best solution for my phone and internet problem(s)?

I live in the rural Midwest and have Frontier internet which is a terrible service. Also, my work is also taking me off of the company phone plan and giving us a monthly stipend instead. With my current sucky Frontier internet, I was afraid of using Sprint for my phone carrier as their free Unlimited Basic plan tops out at 500 Mbs/month for a mobile hotspot. However, based on the thread just below mine "Unlimitedville", if I was to fix my internet by switching to the AT&T hotspot/Nighthawk router, I wouldn't need to use a mobile hotspot on my phone as my home internet problem would be fixed, so then I could go with the cheaper Sprint plan and be good. Thoughts?

Verizon unlimited business plan and a cradlepoint.

I have a Franklin R910 Mobile Hotspot connected to a nighthawk router with a 50 Gb a month plan for $50 Month plan on Sprint.

If you live in the rural Midwest, your choice of ISPs is probably limited.
The downside to switching to ATT for your home or business ISP is that any cell carrier provided Hotspot is going to come with data usage caps and you probably don't want that for your home ISP.
I'm not sure how much you use your cellphone but I would recommend Tmobile over ATT for value and customer service, and Verizon if you live in a place with coverage gaps.
