Also, I'm pretty sure Google pays the artists more than Spotify, if you care about that sort of thing.

If you're on Windows 8 or later, get Outcold player from the app store. Far better than the browser player, IMO and it allows you to save music for offline playing.

Windows has apps?
You use a computer to stream music?

Spotify is worth every penny IMO. I've never used Google's service, but I wouldn't doubt they are great also.
With such services available it baffles me that people still pay for songs on Itunes and such.

Yeah, the Metro apps. They were introduced with Win8.

I stream music when I'm on Windows in bootcamp to keep the partition small. Also my iTunes library only has about 600 songs anyway.

The only gripe I have with Google is that it is hard to get back to your library. It takes about 5 clicks everytime

On your phone? There's an Xposed module that fixes that.

When you cancel the service, you lose all your music correct?
No you just lose the ability to play it from a smartphone on cell service. You can still play from a computer etc and your library stays intact.

Spotify is also in a huge battle with some of the biggest artists and record companies in music. Taylor Swift, Brantley Gilbert, Jason Aldean, Garth Brooks, ACDC, Led Zeppelin, and more.
How do you follow up that list of garbage with 2 of the biggest names in the history of music? Led Zeppelin and ACDC should never be mentioned in the same sentence as anyone else you named.
