Best Means for Aquiring Used Iphone

I'm looking for a 5S, and the prices are still pretty high. I expect them to drop after the 6S hits the market. What is the best means for getting a 5S (or any used model) for a good price? I'm pretty handy, so I could probably replace a cracked screen if needed.

Those trading sites on facebook, and now VarageSale, are also great for this. We bought a couple of used ones over the years from people on those. It helps when they are all categorized and you can compare prices, and most require a pic to be posted. And since you have to at least have a facebook account linked to it, there are less flakes than dealing with Craigslist, in my limited experience.
