Best laptop under $500?

I'm looking to buy a new laptop. I'm not a gamer nor do I use a computer for anything beyond web surfing and basic use. It's time for an upgrade as mine is on its last leg. I'm not looking to spend a whole lot so I just set the cap at $500. Best places to get the most bang for my buck? I found this HP at Best Buy which seems legit for the price. Thoughts?

Used 2011-2013 MacBook Pro. Functions nearly like a brand new MacBook once fully restored. Which is more than any non gamer or hard core developer needs.
